The client required the replacement of the existing conservatory roof with a fully waterproof and insulated construction to improve thermal performance and enable year-round use of the space.
The project involved the removal of the original roof structure and the installation of a new solid roof system incorporating high-performance insulation and a weatherproof build-up. The new construction enhanced resistance to water ingress, reduced heat loss during colder months, and limited solar gain in warmer periods.
As a result, the conservatory was successfully transformed into a comfortable, energy-efficient space, while also improving the durability, appearance, and overall value of the property.
